Leveraging from extensive hospital & dental experience Partek were engaged to extend the existing Anzac Highway Adelaide Animal Emergency & Referral Centre. The works involved an extension of 300m2 to the existing building providing 2 operating theatres, radiology area, CT Scan room, sterilisation area, surgical preparation, animal wards including recovery, laundry and general offices along with additional car parking and landscaping.
Extensive planning went into ensuring the existing emergency clinic which operates 24hrs a day 7 days a week could operate without interruption whilst the new works were constructed. A new conventional timber framed roof was required to be cut into the existing roof over the existing operating theatre.
Due to this success of the project Partek have now been engaged to deliver Stage 2 of the Clinic’s master plan under a Managing Contractor arrangement
